Responsibilities

• Requiredto translate technical systems specifications into working testedCRM applications. This includes developing detailed programmingspecifications writing and / or generating code compiling datadrivenprograms maintaining and conducting unittests.
• Resolvesand troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use andoperation of software packages including tec GeneralSkills
• Experiencein programming and analysis; specialized CRM software packagesupport at the specified experiencelevel
• Abilityto collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the SoftwareDevelopment LifeCycle

Knowledge TransferRequirements

• Knowledgetransfer is expected to occur throughout the duration of theassignment through regular meetings touchpoints and workingsessions with LRCstaff
• Alldesign development artefacts and source code including all relevantand complete documents must be transferred to the ministry in thedesignated repositoriesprovided
• Dedicatedknowledge transfer sessions will be scheduled to ensurecompleteness of knowledge transfer and all documentation is sharedand allow LRC staff to ask clarification and / or follow upquestions
