Associate Lawyer - Banking and Financial Services
Our client is a leading business law firm practicing internationally from offices across Canada and in New York. Their clients include industry and business leaders in all segments of the market and at various stages in the growth of their businesses.

Our client continues to be very busy with no shortage of high quality work. They are now seeking to add a highly skilled mid to senior level Banking and Financial Services Associate to join their dynamic, national practice group in their Calgary office.
Qualifications and Attributes :
- 2-7 years of post-call banking and financial services private practice experience from a national or reputable regional law firm.
- Experience in acquisition financings, corporate lending transactions, project financings and other debt financing transactions;
- Strong analytical and drafting skills;
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills and the ability to work well on a variety of teams;
- Qualified to practice law in Alberta
