You will take on critical elements of the ideation process, support senior leaders in assessing and prioritizing opportunities, and oversee the development and delivery of products and platforms that meet our clients' needs.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams managing the product development lifecycle to innovate, collaborate, and transform.

This role will be part of a newly formed Product Development practice, bridging the capabilities of MNP’s Digital and Analytics practices with the knowledge and ideas of MNP’s practice leaders.

Responsibilities

Ideation & Strategy Development : Facilitate the ideation process with practice leaders across MNP; Focusing on generating and refining innovative products for our clients.

Establish frameworks and processes to facilitate ideation sessions and promote a culture of creativity including identifying emerging trends and market insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with various departments, including Digital, Analytics, Marketing, and Business Development, to gather insights and leverage expertise in the ideation process.

Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate new ideas and concepts.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages participation and diversity of thought.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management : Manage and oversee the development and delivery of products and solutions for our clients.

Define product requirements, features, and functionalities based on client needs and market demands.Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Play a leadership role in managing the product lifecycle including design & development, testing, release management, and training and support.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management : Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and iterate on solutions.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products and solutions.

Monitor product performance, analyze data insights, and identify areas for optimization and improvement.Implement strategies to continuously enhance product capability, quality, and effectiveness.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy or a relevant field
• Post graduate degree or relevant professional designation (MBA or MSC are preferred)
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in industry or with a professional services firm, with proven success in product or program management.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects from ideation to delivery.
• Experience in project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, decision making, documentation, managing client expectations, project profitability and team leadership.
• Experience in business and practice development
• Some travel may be required
