About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our team for an apparel retail client based in Vancouver, CA. This role is pivotal within the Corporate Finance & Reporting domain and involves extensive collaboration with finance stakeholders and tech teams across the organization.
You will be responsible for managing the enhancements, integration and support of key ERP modules, including Oracle Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
As background in accounting and financial reporting will be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, manage, and monitor medium to large-scale projects with complex scopes, multiple workstreams, and interdependencies.
- Drive projects to completion, managing scope, risks, issues, budget, and timelines effectively.
- Develop and maintain critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project tasks are understood, assigned, and tracked.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of IT project management experience in Tier 1 ERP Accounting Systems .
- Proven track record in managing medium to large financial application projects.
- Experience leading agile teams or agile transformation in a global organization.
- Strong experience with JIRA / Confluence.
- Experience working in a project / product matrixed organization within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of integration and financial reporting projects is preferred.
- Ability to successfully manage budgets, resources, and deliverables within project schedules.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain constructive business and IT relationships in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation to senior leaders.
- Ability to translate technical and project management concepts into business-oriented terms.
Preferred Technical Skills :
- JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, Smartsheets, SharePoint, PowerPoint, AWS, Snowflake, Azure, Microsoft Suite.
- PMP certification is considered an asset.
