Overview

Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division is looking for an HR Analyst to join our HR team to support our global engineering and manufacturing business that does cool stuff that matters.

The HR Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and technical support to Human Resources related to HR data and systems.

This includes maintaining the quality and consistency of HRIS database information while providing technical support to Human Resources.

The Location : Hexagon is a global company with offices around the world. This position is based in Calgary, AB .

Responsibilities

As the Human Resources Analyst , your responsibilities include :

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support all HR systems (HRIS, applicant tracking, time management, learning and talent management) as well as our integration and optimization efforts.
  • Serve as a system administrator and go-to-subject matter expert for HR systems and applications, evaluating HR systems to identify points of improvement.
  • Maintain the HR systems, implement (process) improvements, and ensure data quality.
  • Monitor processes to assess the quality of data in the system. Propose, document, and implement processes to improve data integrity and promote the consistent use of the system.
  • Administer key systems processes such as onboarding, salary and performance planning and reviews.
  • Assist with documenting related processes, workflows, and manuals.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting & metrics as well as develop and implement future reporting automation.
  • Ensure security and end-user access across all HR platforms.
  • Other HR duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must Have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience working within Human Resources, with at least 5 years of experience working with HR systems and at least 3 years of experience with HR metrics and reporting
  • Proficient in Excel and data management
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Ability to work interpedently and as part of a team

Nice to Have :

  • Work experience with ADP Workforce Now and Saba platforms
  • Project management experience
  • Experience managing HRIS system changes and implementations
