THE POSITION

The Tooth Operations Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategies that achieve tooth sales and tooth operational targets.

This role will work in close collaboration with the Zahn Manager, by providing input and guidance regarding the overall sales and operations strategy for the tooth business.

In addition, this role will work in partnership with the Operation Managers of the Vancouver, Concord, Montreal and Quebec City branches that house our tooth distribution counters to ensure the daily operation of these counters.

This position directly manages our Tooth Customer Service Representative (TCSR) team that is responsible for receiving and processing customer orders to be packaged and shipped by our tooth counters as well as the Tooth Returns and Consignment Representative.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

You have a post secondary degree in Business or a related field. Experience in the laboratory and denturist field is considered an asset.

You have strong customer service skills, with experience in product sales and operations. You are a highly detail-oriented and extremely organized individual who thrives under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.

A focus on process improvement is key, along with the ability to demonstrate business acumen. The candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
