The successful candidate will possess a current certificate of competence as a registered nurse or registered practical nurse from the College of Nurses of Ontario and current first aid / CPR certificate.
Experience in geriatric nursing and caring for the cognitively impaired will be given priority. Comprehensive nursing knowledge of geriatric issues and the ability to effectively resolve resident care issues.
An excellent interpersonal skill as well as the ability to effectively communicate in English is essential. Two years nursing experience in a retire
