As a Senior advisor, Marketing strategy and planning, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining a global vision of customer development orientations, particularly in terms of acquisition, growth in product / service ownership and loyalty for the Desjardins banking division outside Quebec.
You will contribute to the development, implementation and performance monitoring of marketing strategies and initiatives.
You will identify opportunities and issues and recommend orientations and positioning to support business objectives.You will lead projects that require in-depth expertise in several dimensions of marketing, business and organization.
You will be called upon to interact with several stakeholders working in various fields of expertise.More specifically, you will be required to :
Collaborate with various sectors to develop relationships with our members and customers, and to achieve overall business ambitions for customers outside Quebec
Assume a leadership and influencing role with various stakeholders in files and projects involving the planning and development of marketing initiatives that are often strategic and complex, multi-sectoral and innovative in nature
Work closely with the Marketing Intelligence team to transform customer data into actionable insights to guide decisions
Analyze and disseminate findings to key stakeholders and propose recommendations aligned with the business ambitions and priorities of the Desjardins Enterprise sector
Carry out competitive intelligence and benchmarking to monitor market trends and developments on an ongoing basis
Assume a leadership and influential role with various stakeholders in files and projects involving the planning and development of marketing initiatives that are often strategic and complex, multi-sectoral and innovative in nature
Help make the Business (B2B) sector's member and customer turnaround a reality by identifying and correcting roadblocks on an ongoing basis, and by fostering a culture centered on the member and customer experience

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in marketing
A minimum of nine years of relevant experience, specifically in marketing strategy, planning and analysis
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
MBA / Academic specialization in Marketing science
Advanced proficiency of English and French due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and / or clients
Proficiency in developing comprehensive marketing frameworks from the ground up, ensuring effective utilization of the allocated budget
Expertise building brand awareness campaigns and mass media campaigns
