ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently accepting resumes from dedicated and energetic individuals who are looking for a challenging and rewarding career as a Inside Sales / Rental Coordinator at Calmont Equipment Location Bobcat of Calgary .
As a Inside Sales / Rental Coordinator , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Rentals Department.
The operations requirements for this role include the marketing and profitability of the department, the capacity and efficiency at which it is operating, the quality of the work being performed, the degree of customer satisfaction, and follow-up of rental statistics.
Other job duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Handling incoming rental inquiries either by phone or in person.
- Managing rental operations ensuring correct, accurate billing and correct product availability and delivery.
- Processing and completing rental agreements and other required paperwork.
- Ensuring all rental problems listed by customers are addressed according to company policy.
- Developing and maintaining competent product knowledge of all rental equipment.
- Assisting with the delivery of units to customers or outside service vendors.
- Maintaining a positive company / customer relationship.
- Occasionally required to be on call.
What We’re Looking For
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CDK knowledge is considered an assist.
- Valid class 5 license.
- Inside Sales / Rental Experience considered an asset.
- Equipment knowledge needed.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or Post-Secondary education.
- Excellent customer service skills with a history of exceeding customer’s expectations.
