The role.

As the Business Developer Mining, your primary responsibility will be to introduce, promote, and sell our innovative Solutions and Technology to both prospective and established clients within the Canadian market.

This position reports to the CEO and will be based and focused in Vancouver, BC Canada.

Responsibilities may include but are not necessarily limited to the following :

  • Proactively identify and develop new opportunities in the Mining & Mineral industry
  • Initiate, build, and improve relationships with new and existing clients
  • Drive growth and uncover market potential
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations on the value of our offerings to customers
  • Work with all relevant internal and external partners throughout the business development and sales cycle
  • Attend events and network with industry groups and professional organizations

Your profile.

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or C.E.T (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
  • 5+ years' experience in Sales / Business Development with mining and mineral processing clients
  • Knowledge of Mining applications : Excavation, Transportation, Grinding, Electrification, Automation & Digitalization
  • Validated presentation, relationship building, and sales skills
  • Resourceful, independent, results oriented but still able to work successfully within a team
  • Strategic problem solver with an ambitious spirit
  • Travel up to 50% within Canada primarily (Northern Ontario, Toronto, etc.)
