We are looking for a team member to join our growing dental office and provide exceptional service to our patients.
Experience - minimum 5 years in equal or senior position is a must.
Ideal for an individual who is looking to grow into a managerial position. Must be outgoing, friendly, caring and a team player!
Position Requirements :
- Must have great communication and writing skills.
- Must have great interpersonal skills.
- Must be organized.
- Must be computer savvy.
Responsibilities :
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
- Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling patient appointments as needed.
- Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
- Communicating with medical insurance providers
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
