Job Title : Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Est. Start Date : ASAP
Length of Contract : 6 months
Pay Rate : $22.21 / hour
Physical Working Location : Downtown Toronto, ON
Work Type : Two days in office - Monday & Tuesday
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Responsibilities :
- Support and facilitate client transfers between advisors
- Open and set up client accounts
- Follow up on transfers
- Additional tasks include, policy review, escalation management
- Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfers
Must Have Requirements :
- Bilingual - French & English
- 1-3 years previous banking operations experience; involved in account openings
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Savvy with technology and data
- Experience in escalations and policy review
Nice to Have :
- Motivated to learn
- Interest in learning platforms
- Previous customer service experience
Education :
Post-Secondary
