Experience in integration of commercially available API design and implementation.
Experience Spring Framework, IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.x, JSP, React. (must have)
Experience developing performance measures for business analysis evaluation (such as Google Analytics, Crystal Reports).
Skills
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Technical Experience - 50% :
- Knowledge of theory and principles of systems design and development, programming concepts and languages, and related methods, techniques, practices and standards.
- Experience in integration of commercially available API design and implementation. (must have)
- Experience Spring Framework, IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.x, JSP, React. (must have)
- Database experience : Oracle and Open Source DB. (must have)
- Hands-on experience with CSS. (must have)
- Experience with responsive development and HTML5. (must have)
- Deep understanding and experience with methods and principals coding for mobile devices. (must have)
- Experience developing performance measures for business analysis evaluation (such as Google Analytics, Crystal Reports). (must have)
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Standards and AODA Compliancy levels. (must have)
- Knowledge and experience working with Wireframes, Use Cases, User Stories.
Business Analyst Experience : 30% :
- Experience and actual deliverables with a Service-Oriented design related projects. (must have)
- Understanding of systems environments, business analysis and change management in projects or programs related to integrated multi-ministries’ government services.
- Knowledge and experience to ensure compliance with appropriate public sector, industry and international standards on security, privacy and accessibility. (must have)
- Ability to assist with the security issues that could impact developed front-end and integrated systems. (must have)
Project Experience : 20%
- Experience with Driver and Vehicle ServiceOntario portal services. (must have)
- Exposure to Architectural documents for ACT and ARB.
- Experience with Canada Post module and Payment Gateways. (must have)
