We are looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative who is eager to assist people. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting door-to-door visits for fundraising purposes.

Key responsibilities of our Entry-Level Sales Representative include :
- Conduct door-to-door visits to potential donors' residences.
- Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing donors.
- Demonstrate ability to close sales and overcome objections.
- Managing and coordinating the entire sales cycle and donor relationship management.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new sales and marketing strategies.
- Working closely with the team to achieve weekly sales targets.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :
- Able to work full-time (Monday - Friday).
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
- Eligible to work legally in Canada.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as with a team in all aspects of the sales cycle.
- Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required.

- Compensation consists of a per diem of $50 plus uncapped commission and bonuses based on successful donor sign-ups.
