Adecco is currently seeking a skilled Capital Markets - Business Analyst for a 3-month contract position with a possibility of extension, located in Toronto, ON.

The role offers competitive compensation at $73.42 per hour and a collaborative working environment.
- Pay rate : $73.42 / hour.
- Location : Toronto, ON Hybrid - 2-3 days in office
- Shifts : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm
- Job type : 3-month contract with a possibility of extension Full-time

Responsibilities :
- Work closely with key stakeholders across all business functions to ensure that technology solutions align with business strategies.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product functionality meets business requirements.
- Leverage knowledge of business functions to resolve issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop, build, and test controls using both proprietary and vendor-based systems such as Droit.
- Review and document internal business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Attend team status meetings to track progress and align efforts across the team.
- Work with target operating models to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
Requirements :
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 4+ years of experience in Capital Markets.
- Strong knowledge of IIROC / CIRO regulations is mandatory.
- Previous experience with Automated Trade Reporting an asset.
- Experience within Financial Institutions (FI) is a plus.
