Job Summary

We areseeking an experienced Turnaround and Inspection (T&I) Engineerto join our Global Manufacturing Excellences Projects and T&IShared Services Department (P&TSSD).

P&TSSD are responsiblefor the planning and execution of our Downstream projects and theTurnarounds of Global Manufacturing facilities.

Your primary rolewill be to carry out the planning activities for the scheduledTurnarounds within our Global Manufacturing facilities and ensuringmeeting T&I gates processes deliverables.

You will also berequired to coordinate and direct various units within GlobalManufacturing to ensure full compliance with all T&Irequirements.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare the budget for the yearly operatingplan and develop the MidYear and YearEnd Accountabilityreports.
• Collect all T&I inputrecommendations; work lists; and projects from the OME team andassemble them together in an organized scope of work.
• Ensure preparation of detailed T&I schedules in theCritical Path Diagrams form and simple bar charts or withelectronic scheduling software such as Primavera Microsoft Projectetc.
• Ensure shutdown and startup detailsactivities are incorporated in the Primavera schedule including thesystems and equipment release schedule.
• Prepare lists of all expense project packages and ensureall required expense projects are developed andapproved.
• Lead contract procurement related toall expense projects.
• Ensure the planned scopemeets the EIS schedule.
• Optimize the T&Ischedule duration and cost.
• Followup onmaterial and contracts procurement.
• Reportplanning progress to management.
• Ensure theT&I within the defined boundaries of cost schedule andquality.
• Develop T&I executionplans.
• Facilitate scope of work meetings andscope of work challenges.
• Prepare and issuecomprehensive postT&I reports.
• Monitoraccounting budgets vs. actuals for work requests materials ordersetc.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Hold a Bachelors degreein engineering preferably in mechanical / industrialengineering.
• Have a minimum of 10 yearsexperience in Turnaround events in the Oil & Gas Industrypreferably within the downstream sector (Petrochemical orRefinery).
• Demonstrate an overall knowledge ofT&I planning and execution management.
• Possess experience in T&I planning software such asPrimavera P6 (Roser also preferred).
