Job Summary
We areinviting an experienced Scheduling Engineer to become a vital partof our Project Management Team. Our PMT is renowned for deliveringfirstclass capital projects across various industries.
In this roleyou will be instrumental in the planning and execution of a widerange of projects from smaller ventures to multibillion dollar megaprojects.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Develop resourceloaded schedules utilizing productivitystandards for optimal efficiency.
- Collect andanalyze timing data to comprehensively plan and schedule the entireproject scope.
- Collaborate with DesignConsultants Engineering Procurement and Construction Contractors todevelop and maintain critical path schedules and progressmeasurement systems.
- Create and implement aWork Breakdown Structure for contractors baseline schedules andprogress reporting.
- Employ schedule managementbest practices and prepare materials to communicate plans andschedules to project teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in evaluating project progress focusing ondeviations from planned activities.
- Participate in financial forecasting sessions to alignschedule and costs.
- Provide critical timinginformation for accurate cost forecasting and understand costweightings in progress systems for weighted progressreports.
- Continuously update and refineschedules as projects evolve incorporating data from varioussources including Field Construction Analysts.
Requirements :
- Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
- Preferred for candidate who has SouthAfrica and / or Egypt backgroundexperiences.
- Bachelors Degreein Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
- A minimum of twelve years of experience with at least tenyears dedicated to developing baseline critical path schedules andprogress measurement systems preferably using ORACLE Primaverasoftware version 15.2 or later.
- Provenexpertise in planning updating tracking analyzing and reportingwork performance across all project phases.
