What You’ll Do
This ideal candidate will have to be a strong self-starter, and not shy away from breaking down silos to gather info from other teams
You will be open to seek and accept feedback from other team members, as well as capitalize from the strengths of working with service design and user research
What You'll Bring :
- Proficiency in the English and Spanish
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience designing responsive web and / or native mobile applications
- Bachelor Degree in Design, or related fields (or equivalent work experience)
- Ability to communicate your designs to stakeholders and other designers
- Receive feedback with open arms and an open mind
- Produce compelling designs to illustrate concepts iteratively through sketches, site maps, conceptual diagrams, user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mock-ups and prototypes
- Cross-cultural skills and an ability to interact effectively with teams in different geographies
- Keen interest in advocating for design as a whole to the rest of the organization
