About You
You’re a customer service dynamo with 1-2 years of experience and a knack for handling phone interactions like a pro. Fluent in English and with Microsoft O365 skills in your toolkit, you’ve got a bonus if you speak French.
TICO certified or ready to dive into it? Perfect!
You thrive on exceeding customer expectations and delivering top-notch service. Passionate and driven, you excel at using CSP to match our offerings with what clients need, all while building strong relationships.
