Job Title : Senior Solutions Designer - CRM

Contract Duration : 6+ Months

Pay range C$800 - 1,000 / Day

Work Type : Hybrid, 2 days in office and 3 days remote.

Location : Toronto, ON

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Designer with expertise in CRM solutions to join our team. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting innovative CRM solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.

Responsibilities :

• Design and architect CRM solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Configure and integrate Salesforce with other applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Document processes and technical designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Manage project tasks and deliverables using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience :

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, integration, and development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce tools and technologies (Apex, Lightning, VisualForce, APIs, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with public sector CRM implementations.
• Certifications in Salesforce Platform Developer, OmniStudio Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, and Administrator.
