Position Summary :

Working within a Collaborative Care Model, and working at full scope of practice, provides physical assessments and technical interventions and medication delivery for clients.

Provides psycho-social support to clients and families, in accordance with established policies and nursing standards. Provides specific bedside care as required.

Responsible for other related duties as required.

Qualifications :

  • Graduation from a recognized LPN program
  • Must hold current registration with the CLPNA

Experience : Nursing experience working in a continuing care facility, along with managing complex medical needs of individuals.

Program Summary :

Complex Care for frail seniors who require the care of an interdisciplinary team to maintain and improve quality of life in safe,

comfortable and supportive environments. Carewest offers a mix of secured and unsecured units.

  • FTE : 0.52
  • Shift : Days / Evenings
  • Shift Times : 0700-1515,1500-2315
  • Union : AUPE
  • Rate of Pay : $ 28.78 - $ 36.12
