Job Information and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Director, Strategy and Accreditation, the Information Assistant, Accreditation will :
- Manages information critical to the maintenance of accreditation, strategy, impact assessment, program review and other external and internal quality initiatives.
- Supports processes and methods that support the efficient administration of surveys, rankings, and awards.
- Maintains schedules, assembles documents and project plans for committee meetings (Teams), accreditation processes including student assessment, evaluation, reports, reviews, and rankings.
- Maintains multiple data collection instruments using Qualtrics, forms and other platforms or software as required.
- Requests and collects data and organizes it for use by multiple parties and processes (student, graduate and alumni surveys, learning, program evaluation).
- Organizes scheduling and agendas for meetings and committees. Books and sets up rooms, orders catering, as required. Takes minutes and tracks action items for follow-up.
- Plans for and supports visitors and Supervisor (employers, community partners, peer reviewers) including scheduling, booking travel and expense claims.
- Supports occasional purchasing, quality, and accreditation initiatives.at the request of the Dean, Dean's Administrative Assistant and / or Supervisor.

Experience and Education Requirements
To be the successful Information Assistant, Accreditation you will have :
- Completion of High School plus 2 year Community College business or office administration course.
- Minimum two-year related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including website updating and virtual conferencing platforms, such as Teams, Zoom.
- Cross-cultural working experience, an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to function independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated professional presence, demeanor and judgement / discretion.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Experience in handling and maintaining confidential material.
- Working in a University environment or comparable setting is considered an asset.
- Ability to work virtually.
