We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated and organized proposal writer who will work closely with the senior executives of the firm to respond to proposal requests and market the firm.

You will have strong oral and written communication skills able to communicate with clients and colleagues on various levels, be incredibly well organized, strategic and able to analyze and disseminate proposal requests and project opportunities.

You will be working in a creative environment with an expectation to contribute to our methods and means of marketing our services and enhancing our proposal responses.

Work independently, work collaboratively, self directed, must be adaptable to change and push acceptance of new ideas and methods.

Understand the importance of meeting deadlines and juggling priorities. A knowledge of our Architect / Engineering / Contracting industry is a definite asset in this fast moving and demanding position.

You will head up our digital marketing efforts and streamline our search efforts on various venues such as MERX and A.P.C.

You will have a higher than typical knowledge of MS programs specifically PowerPoint and WORD and a working knowledge of Indesign or similar software would be considered an asset.
