QA Tester

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QATester professional with a strong background in testing frameworksscripting and performance evaluation particularly within the realmsof Unity Unreal Engine and extended reality (XR).

KeyResponsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with product management tounderstand functional requirements.
• Work withengineering teams to enhance unit testing and ensure productquality throughout the developmentlifecycle.
• Develop test strategies and detailedtest plans.
• Demonstrate expertise and interestin creating custom testing frameworks.
• Conductexploratory testing to identify and resolve newbugs.
• Script automated tests across varioussoftware layers.
• Maintain and document issuetracking test runs and solutions.
• Providereports on product quality and performance metrics to thedevelopment team.
• Share knowledge of the latesttesting frameworks and tools guiding teams on bestpractices.

PreferredQualifications :

• 5years of experience in software quality assurance including testingin Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Proficient inscripting languages such as Python.
• Experienceworking with AEC and CAD software (e.g. RevitNavisworks).
• Proven ability to conductperformance profiling in realtimeapplications.
• Expertise in both manual andautomated testing for web and cloudbasedsolutions.
• Familiarity with diverse testingframeworks across multiple programminglanguages.
• Passion for extended virtual andaugmented reality (XR VR AR)technologies.
• Knowledgeable in software testingtrends and methodologies including TDD andBDD.
• Skilled in designing test processes aroundthe bug life cycle.
• Strong interest inaddressing testing challenges in graphics and multiuserenvironments.
• Datadriven using quantitativeanalysis to support testingsolutions.
• Excellent collaborationcommunication and documentationskills.
• Creative approaches to testing gamesand applications with nontraditional userinterfaces.
• Experience with network load stresstesting and performance evaluation.
• Interestand experience in developing custom testingframeworks.
