What You Will Do
- Month End Process : Complete and submit balance sheet, working capital, SG&A and legal forecasts. Collaborate with business leaders to understand and analyze BU forecasts.
- Monthly analysis & reporting of SG&A. Build rapport with admin business leaders and ensure consistent communication regarding variances as well as risks & opportunities in forecast
- KPI reporting for SG&A
- Be a liaison between Canadian Corporate Finance and US Corporate Finance
- Active role in budget process : Interact with business leaders throughout upload and submission process, work on budget templates, ensure accuracy and reasonability of assumptions
- P&L Analysis & Reporting : Analyze main elements of P&L, variance analysis & commentary
- Process Improvement Projects : e.g balance sheet forecasting
- Ad hoc reporting as required

What You Will Bring
- Post-Secondary education in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in Accounting / Finance or related field
- CPA certification (or near completion)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (advanced functions & formulas)
- Familiarity with Adaptive, SAP, Power BI and Oracle is an asset
- Minimal travel required
