Tax Manager (Contract)
About the Client
Our client is a CPG company hiring a tax manager for a six-month contract.
About the Opportunity
- Assist in preparation of tax accounting provision and notes to financial statements for year-end financial statements
- Assist in the coordination of Canadian Tax Return Compliance with external tax provider
- Reconciliation of Income Tax, Deferred Tax, Capital Tax and other tax account reconciliations and roll-forwards by entity on a monthly basis
- Assist with tax audits when appropriate and liaise with external auditors
- Prepare indirect tax related working papers
- Assist in review of tax impact of accounting pronouncements and / or business transactions
About You
- CPA designated
- Manager level and up
- Completion or enrolment of In-depth is an asset but not required
Pay Rate
$65 / hour
