KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Search and Digital Advertising
- Manage and optimize paid search, display, and retargeting campaigns across Google and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Develop strategy and execution plans for paid initiatives, including audience segmentation, keyword selection, and creative development in collaboration with our content team.
- Optimize bids and performance for Pay-Per-Lead and referral programs on networks like G2 and Capterra.
Website Management
- Oversee the company websites (WordPress and Webflow) to ensure they are optimized for conversion, SEO, and B2B best practices.
- Manage site performance, perform regular updates, and work closely with the content team to enhance user experience and lead generation.
Marketing Automation and Lead Nurturing
- Utilize marketing automation tools (HubSpot) to nurture leads through the sales funnel, integrating efforts with CRM data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless process for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
Content Collaboration and Amplification
- Collaborate with the content team to amplify digital distribution strategies for assets like whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and videos.
- Ensure marketing collateral is SEO-optimized and aligns with our audience’s needs and preferences.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing KPIs, including website traffic, lead metrics, CPA, and conversions.
- Use Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness and report on ROI.
Marketing Campaign Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Manage marketing budgets to optimize spending and resource allocation.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support content creation for digital channels using Adobe Creative Suite for promotional materials, social posts, and web updates.
- Ensure all website content is current and user-friendly on WordPress.
- Maintain product data accuracy on e-commerce platforms and collaborate on managing third-party marketplaces like Amazon.
- Regularly review our website for errors and ensure product information is accurate and consistent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in paid search, marketing automation, and website management.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of CRO, SEO, and B2B marketing best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
