As we continue to expand, we're seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join us in the pivotal role of HR Sales & Marketing Specialist .
Position Overview: As the HR Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales initiatives and expanding our online market presence in the HR industry.
This role demands a unique blend of HR knowledge, sales acumen, and marketing expertise to propel our growth trajectory.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and social media marketing strategy to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Prospect and engage with new clients, understanding their HR needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Streamline and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our HR services.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Address client concerns, objections, and inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Create engaging and shareable content across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blog posts and emerging channels.
Manage day-to-day social media activities, scheduling, and community engagement.
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies to maximize reach and impact.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communications or a related field Proven track record in HR sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
