Order Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Manage data and ERP for all incoming orders
• Maintaining sales orders
• Order entry + proposal approvals
• Communicate with customers effectively through phone and email
• Help solve delivery issues in a timely and professional manner
• Actively work to meet customers’ needs and create a positive experience

Requirements :

• Previous experience in Industrial Customer Service is preferred
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline is an asset
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Proven ability to perform in high-volume, fast paced environment
• Highly skilled with MS Office including Excel
• Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
• Strong in project management
