Our client in the professional services space is looking for a Senior BA / Product mgr on a contract basis with a specialization in Marketing Automation.
Duration : 6 months
Location : Hybrid Toronto (2 - 3d / week)
Responsibilities :
- Program-Level Oversight : Act as a Group Manager, serving as the gatekeeper for program-level requirements. Ensure that all requirements align across multiple workstreams and contribute to achieving the program’s end-state objectives.
- Requirements Management : Analyze, refine, and document business requirements from a program perspective. Ensure consistency, completeness, and alignment of requirements across projects and with overall program goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
Adapt communication styles to effectively reach diverse user and stakeholder groups, ensuring high-impact and clarity.
- Marketing Automation and Enablement Systems Expertise : Leverage familiarity with marketing automation tools and databases, specifically Adobe, Braze, and Salesforce, to support and guide project teams in utilizing these platforms effectively.
- Program-Level Leadership : Provide leadership as the lead Business Systems Analyst (BSA) across multiple integrated projects, ensuring strategic alignment and collaboration between teams.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management : Demonstrate expert-level communication and stakeholder management skills, adapting communication strategies to ensure impactful engagement with varied user groups and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, developers, and other BAs to coordinate efforts, remove roadblocks, and drive toward program completion.
Requirements :
- 5+ years experience in a senior-level BA / Product Manager role, preferably within a program-level leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and enablement systems, including Adobe, Braze, and Salesforce.
- Experience managing requirements across multiple integrated projects and ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
