What you’ll do :
- Assume responsibility for the dining room in the absence of the Dining Room Manager
- Check tables before seating, and during meals, to ensure proper service and presentation
- Ensure a proper workflow in the dining room area and handle any concerns brought forward by Residents
- Other duties as required
What you bring :
- 5 Star Dining Room Training
- Two (2) years’ experience as a Dining Room server in a retirement setting
- Proven ability to show leadership amongst peers
- Experience working with Mature Adults in a hospitality setting
- Good Communication skills in English
- Some computer proficiency required
