Job Title : Senior Specialized IT Consultant
Contract Duration : 6+ Months
Pay range C$650 - 700 / Day
Work Type : Hybrid, onsite 2 days per week and 3 days remotely
Location : Toronto, ON
About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialized IT Consultant to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in advising clients on information technology solutions, improving organizational efficiency, and driving successful project implementation.
Responsibilities :
- Provide expert guidance on information technology strategy, infrastructure, and business process enhancement.
- Serve as a Scrum Master, leading and coaching Agile teams.
- Facilitate collaboration, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices.
- Work closely with project managers and product owners to ensure project success.
- Develop and implement IT standards and guidelines.
- Provide subject matter expertise and technical assistance.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Strong understanding of information technology principles, concepts, and best practices.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum Master certification preferred).
- Proven ability to lead and coach Agile teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Foundations and experience with Salesforce development.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications in Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience with Government of Ontario I&IT standards.
