A Canadian company, a leader in the aluminum products sector for balconies (guardrails, stringers, stair treads, columns), is currently looking for an office clerk - estimator.

The position is located at their office in Anjou, East Montreal, providing a dynamic opportunity within a well-established company in the industry.

Advantages

Your benefits for the office clerk - estimator position :

  • Permanent position located in East Montreal, Anjou
  • Salary : $50,000 - $58,000 depending on experience
  • Office hours : Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • 4 weeks of vacation (construction + winter holidays)
  • Health benefits after 3 months on the job

Responsibilities

Assist and collaborate with estimators on their submissions

Prepare various documents

Respond to emails

Provide support to different departments

Enter data and input orders into the system

Follow up with suppliers

Perform other related tasks as required

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Good communication skills
  • Versatile, team-oriented, and dynamic
  • Autonomous
  • Fluent in French and a good level of English
