Position Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and Angular to join a growing technology team supporting enterprise applications within the financial services industry. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and Angular.
  • Build and support scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and developers.
  • Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production and application issues.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7–15 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and backend application development.
  • Solid experience with Angular and modern front-end development practices.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
  • Strong SQL and database query optimization skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Experience working in enterprise or financial services environments is preferred.
Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
