Role : Python Developer

Location : Montreal (Day 1 Onsite / Hybrid) ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES

Mode of Work : 3 days per week onsite required

Required experience : 4+ Years

You are : A true technical and / or domain ninja. Comfortable working in the quickly growing nature of profitable startups and have a “can do” attitude and are willing to take on any task thrown your way.

You will :

• As an AVP help to develop and promote the company’s culture of engineering excellence.
• Define, develop and deliver solutions at a top tier investment bank / other esteemed client.

We are seeking a hands-on Python Developer with proven track-record of large scale

distributed systems and Kafka experience.

We will utilize cutting-edge new technlogies like Kubernetes, Kafka, RocksDB, MongoDB,

Memsql, Prometheus, Tempo and Snowflake.

Major Role & Responsibilities

Candidates must be able to work collaboratively, demonstrate good ownership and be able

to work well in teams. Work will include designing, developing and enhancing solutions for

Kubernetes configuration management systems and tools to manage and support Kafka

configurations.

The role will involve considering all aspects of the project life cycle and including proof-ofconcept

evaluations, coding, designing, testing, implementing, deploying, and continued

support of project releases as well as on-call Level 2 support. In addition to design, build

and maintain CI / CD pipelines for application development and release.
