Our client, a well-established organization in the Ottawa area, is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. If you have at least 2 years of AP experience, are fluent in French and English, and are proficient in Sage 300, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Processing invoices with precision
Matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts—no mysteries here!
Ensuring payments go out on time
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies like a pro
Communicating with vendors and internal teams in both languages
Keeping financial records tidy and audit-ready
Assisting with month-end closing and special AP projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (bonus points if it’s in a fast-paced industry!)
- Sage 300 expertise
- Fluency in French & English
- A sharp eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
- The ability to problem-solve and work independently
- A team-player attitude (because collaboration makes everything better!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
