Key Responsibilities
- System Monitoring & Maintenance : Assist in tracking system performance and resolving issues.
- Automation : Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Incident Management : Help troubleshoot system outages and assist with root cause analysis.
- Deployment Support : Assist with software deployments and monitor production systems.
- Infrastructure Management : Support configuration and management of cloud or on-prem systems.
- Documentation : Contribute to system documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration : Work with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
- Security & Compliance : Assist with security monitoring and ensuring compliance with policies.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management , Logistics , Industrial Engineering , Computer Science , or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Eagerness to learn and grow in operations engineering
