About the role :

We are seeking a talented UX / UI Designer who will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing UX strategies and translating them into high-quality user interfaces. This individual will work closely with project managers, developers, and content creators to ensure cohesive and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute digital UX strategies for websites, applications, emails, and digital ads.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables noting concerns and providing solutions planning support.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development process escalating challenges proactively.
• Partner with content creators to align UX / UI designs with content strategies.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure designs are optimized for performance and accessibility.
• Coach and mentor team members with subject matter expertise
• Maintain cross team relationships with effective process & procedures related to engaging in the UX / UI Design space
