Step into the Spotlight-Behind the Scenes!

Are you ready to be part of something spectacular? Adecco is hiring multiple temporary, full-time Event Staff for the world-renowned Cirque du Soleil show in Toronto, ON!

This is your chance to be part of the magic -help create unforgettable moments and bring world-class entertainment to life! If you're outgoing, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!

Pay rate : $19.00 / hour
Location : Toronto, ON
Shifts : 2 hours prior to the beginning of the show until the second part of the last show. Hours will vary. Until the end of the show | 5 days a week (subject to change according to the show schedule)
Job type : Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities :

Have up-sell and sales experience

Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate

Collect payments, whether in cash or credit

Redeem coupons

Cross-sell products and introduce new ones

Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

Greet customers when entering or leaving the merchandise area

Maintain clean and tidy checkout area

Bag, box or gift-wrap packages

Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

Assertive and competent selling of concession products around the front-of-site and inside the big top.

Requirements :

Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information

Be comfortable working in a loud environment

Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture. Note : Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos)

Be physically able to stand up for long hours

Understand customer service and hospitality

Work well with others

Pay attention to the details

Working fast and efficiently under pressure

Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings)

Know when to get the help of a supervisor

Availability for the whole city duration

Speak English - other languages are an asset.

Food Handlers Certificate an asset

SMART SERVE ONTARIO certification required

Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
