SourceCode Staffing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment, working alongside experienced recruiters who are dedicated to helping you build a successful career in the industry.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in candidate sourcing through various channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to the recruitment strategy.
- Learn and utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment activities.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client relationships.
- Healthcare Recruitment preferred
