Description

Manage and lead daily operations, ensuring the store meets or exceeds performance targets.
Implement effective buying strategies to maintain a diverse and attractive product selection.
Price merchandise competitively to drive sales and maximize profitability.
Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to create an appealing in-store experience.
Oversee loss prevention measures and address security concerns promptly.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service.
Foster a positive and lively atmosphere within the stores.
Act as a brand ambassador and communicate our sustainability message to customers and staff.
Growth opportunity to develop to General Manager with Oversight of two store locations.

Requirements

Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the retail industry.

Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions.

A passion for sustainability and a desire to promote eco-friendly fashion choices.

Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.

Reliable transportation to commute to the store.
