Your impact

• Deliver a personalized, inclusive and elevated care experience in a collaborative and a multidisciplinary environment
• Bring strong verbal and written communications that allow patients to feel heard and supported

Your responsibilities

Answer and triage nursing phone call

Monitor and triage nursing emails

Reply to general inquiries

Set up diagnostic cycles and schedule all diagnostic appointments

Send patients the link to book their review / comprehensive review once testing is booked

Set up treatment cycles and schedule all initial cycle monitoring appointments

Cancel cycle follow up appointments if no longer needed

Communicate with patients via phone, email, and EMR portal

Document all communications with patients appropriately and thoroughly

Perform data entry as needed

Assist with any other nursing administrative duties as required

Ex. sending requisitions, uploading results

Your experience

Previous related experience in a medical or clinical office environment

Successful completion of a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Medical Administration or equivalent (preferred)

Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of discretion

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Must enjoy learning and interacting with people of all backgrounds

Experience, willingness and comfort with providing care to LGBT2SQ individuals and couples

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change

Excellent time management abilities and attention to detail

Highly effective organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability

Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent

Experience working within an EMR and / or CRM (preferred)

Your schedule

Full-Time Position

Shift Hours : 8-hour shifts

Regular Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Weekend Schedule : Every other Saturday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Lieu Days : A lieu day will be provided for each Saturday worked.
