Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX : As an Executive Assistant (EA), you’re a master in the art of organization, with a particular knack for scheduling, time and travel management.

The leaders you support are set up for success by your prompt correspondence and proactive, solution-based approaches. Your natural adaptability allows you to flourish in an environment that often requires nimble rearrangements, and you consistently remain calm, cool and collected while balancing multiple priorities.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team : You will be working directly with the Vice Presidents of Merchandising, and the extended Product team.

You will partner with a network of high-performing Executive Assistants across the business in providing exceptional support to our senior leadership team.

If you were an Executive Assistant now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing :

  • Providing exceptional administrative support with scheduling and calendar management, proactively anticipating needs
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition and the People & Culture team to ensure new hires are supported with equipment, onboarding and the tools needed for a strong start
  • Partnering with Office Services to support visitors, both external and internal
  • Organizing international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Organizing and submitting expense reports in a timely manner
  • Providing support in collaborating with the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team
  • Developing agendas, meeting minutes, and presentation materials
  • Drafting email correspondence and maintaining an organized inbox
  • Ensuring clear communication and alignment across multiple diverse functions globally
  • Supporting with the setup, coordination and execution of key cross-functional team meetings occurring in the office
  • Working cross-functionally and collaborating to ensure both physical and digital meetings run smoothly
  • Building monthly presentations for the Merchandising organization
  • Setting meeting agendas and working with relevant teams to ensure needs are met and key follow-up actions are initiated
  • Spearheading the Live It culture and setting up activities and outings for the teams you support
  • Upholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing, throughout the Arc’teryx supply chain

  • Collaborating with the other EAs within the function to ensure effective support across the Product leadership team

Are you our next Executive Assistant?

  • You have 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience and are looking to grow your career as an EA
  • You have a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and have excellent business acumen
  • You are seasoned in creating compelling PowerPoint decks and developing presentation materials
  • You have great time management skills, and naturally utilize sound judgement and prioritization when multi tasking and juggling competing priorities
  • You have strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • You know how to prioritize and effectively manage the logistics of an Executive’s schedule : pre-reads, agendas and following up on action items are second nature to you
  • You’re not afraid of meeting new people, building relationships and creating partnerships across the organization
  • You are comfortable in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural working environment, and understand the nuances of cross-cultural communication
  • You are able to manage complex, international, multi-leg travel arrangements, often requiring continuous changes and rescheduling
  • You are able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays occasionally as needed to support our global business

$80,000 - $100,000 a yearA reasonable estimate of the pay range is $80,000 - $100,000 CAD at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and / or training.

Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
