Responsibilities

Supervising and guiding our team of web designers and project coordinators.

Distributing responsibilities effectively within the team.

Establishing and refining professional procedures to enhance the efficiency of our project launches.

Evaluating the skill sets of team members.

Providing guidance and support to team members to nurture their professional development.

Collaborating with diverse teams when necessary.

Remaining updated on emerging technologies and integrating them into projects and team workflows.

Steering the design direction of our projects to ensure continuous enhancement and alignment with the latest design trends.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership skills and at least 2 years of experience managing a Web Design Team or serving in a Senior Design role.

Innovative thinker with a meticulous attention to detail.

Proficient in design fundamentals.

Exceptional organizational abilities.

Expertise in responsive design, contemporary UI, and typography.

Prior experience in customer service.

Strong focus on detail and adept prioritization skills.

Proficiency in English language, both verbal and written, particularly for engaging with high-value clients.

Advanced PC skills and familiarity with system navigation, especially within a Windows-based environment.
