Team Growth Recruiting & Mentorship Responsibilities Coaching : Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement.
Goal Setting : Help team members set clear objectives and provide ongoing support to keep them on track. Training Facilitation : Lead sessions on sales best practices, customer service excellence, and overcoming objections.
Performance Support : Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to help team members grow and succeed. Collaboration : Partner with leadership to identify training needs and implement strategies that drive team success.
Progress Monitoring : Regularly assess team performance and provide actionable guidance for improvement. What You’ll Do.
Sales Manager Sales Manager Responsibilities Lead Generation : Use proven outreach strategies to connect with potential clients through virtual platforms.
Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling virtual presentations that highlight the value of our products and services. Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules to drive sales growth.
Negotiation & Closing : Confidently negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales goals. Client Relationships : Build trust and rapport to become a go-to advisor for clients, offering tailored insurance solutions.

Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training sales teams (preferred). Deep understanding of sales principles, client relationship management, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A positive, empathetic, and team-oriented attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to new tools and technologies.
