Own month-end close and leadership reporting for Canadian Niagara Hotels Group’s Niagara portfolio. Deliver accurate statements, reconciliations, and actionable variance analysis.

This Accounting Manager provides financial leadership across multiple business units and contributes to operational performance reviews. Responsibilities include reporting packages, KPI summaries, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis. You will collaborate with operations leaders on pricing, inventory, labour efficiency, margins, and cost control. The position also supports year-end audits, tax schedules, internal controls, and compliance requirements while guiding junior finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver reporting packages, commentary, and KPI summaries
Lead month-end close and monitor results against plan
Participate in business reviews and action planning
Support pricing, inventory, and performance analysis
Assist audits, tax schedules, controls, and compliance

Requirements:

Four to seven years progressive accounting or finance experience
University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
CPA designation completed or in progress
Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Commercially minded, organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
