We are looking for an experienced Documentum Migration Architect to lead document and data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Documentum, data analysis, migration, and document management systems.

What you'll do

Analyze and triage existing Documentum data for migration
Plan migration into the Octave-based Document Management System
Lead document control procedures and migration planning
Analyze and improve document and data workflows
Ensure contract records are organized, traceable, and compliant
Provide guidance on document governance and best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement across document and data management processes

What you bring and Must have skills

Strong hands-on OpenText Documentum experience
Experience with OpenText Content Server
Data analysis and migration experience
Expert knowledge of Document Management Systems
Experience with metadata management and document governance
Strong technical documentation and document control experience
Knowledge of audit, compliance, and project documentation

Nice to have

Experience supporting engineering, procurement, and construction processes
