Description de poste

We are looking for an experienced Documentum Migration Architect to lead document and data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Documentum, data analysis, migration, and document management systems.

What you'll do
  • Analyze and triage existing Documentum data for migration
  • Plan migration into the Octave-based Document Management System
  • Lead document control procedures and migration planning
  • Analyze and improve document and data workflows
  • Ensure contract records are organized, traceable, and compliant
  • Provide guidance on document governance and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement across document and data management processes
What you bring and Must have skills
  • Strong hands-on OpenText Documentum experience
  • Experience with OpenText Content Server
  • Data analysis and migration experience
  • Expert knowledge of Document Management Systems
  • Experience with metadata management and document governance
  • Strong technical documentation and document control experience
  • Knowledge of audit, compliance, and project documentation
Nice to have
  • Experience supporting engineering, procurement, and construction processes
  • Experience with large-scale Documentum migration initiatives
  • Experience working with cross-functional enterprise teams
