Job Description :

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates. You will provide high-quality service, maintain strong relationships, and work to identify opportunities to meet client staffing needs.

This role combines customer service with sales, offering a rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions to staffing challenges.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction throughout the staffing process.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Goal-oriented and driven to meet performance targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software (experience with staffing software is a plus).
