Job Summary
Regional sales agronomist shares this purpose on regionallevel with three clear objectives to fulfill the purpose. 1)Conduct agronomic and other trials to provide evidence of VP tosupport and develop marketing materials for product launch 2) Driveand support business in premarketing and sales to customers of newproducts 3) Build the capabilities shared agronomy platformcustomer needs identification innovation pipeline and standardprocess to commercialization.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Provide and continuously develop technical research andscientific product development capability.
- Create the basic materials to support sales(TDS / MSDS / Flyer / Brochure / Training internal andexternal).
- Design implement and report onfield trials for Value Proposition determination andevidence.
- Prove the value of the producttechnically translate the ROI value to farmer $ and other benefitsprove the premium.
- Understand the complexityof field trial results and the potential meaning for practicalapplication by farmers.
- Expertly consideragricultural production and application systems and effect onproduct development.
- Support Sales withinternal Value Proposition (VP) training customer presentationsmarketing data technical data and customer and market engagement onnew products.
- Initial customer offering andproduct establishment sales.
- Understand andknow market participants commercial needs of customers and markettrends.
- Contribute to and manage the MDTSagronomy database (ARM system).
- Understand andsupport the ideation process based on market needs (pull) vsResearch (push) for product success.
- Feed theinnovation pipeline by understanding and anticipating what themarket is seeking or will adopt.
- Contribute tothe development of Business Cases by providing Market Intelligence(MI) and customer perspectives to support product developmentselection in your region.
- Contribute to thedevelopment of Business Cases by knowledge of regulatory productionfertilizer trends to build a business case in yourregion.
Requirements :

- Bachelors degree inAgricultural Science Soil Science or Agronomy.
- 46 years of experience in the field.
